Welke Gegevens Verzamelen Wij?
Wanneer je je aanmeldt voor onze nieuwsbrief of deelneemt aan een les, workshop, cursus, of een ticket koopt voor een show, of een andere aankoop doet in onze studio of online winkel, word je gevraagd enkele gegevens te verstrekken. Wij beheren alleen gegevens die jij aan ons hebt verstrekt: voor- en achternaam, e-mailadres, geboortedatum, telefoonnummer, postcode en adres, en IBAN.
Doeleinden van het Gebruik van Persoonsgegevens
De gegevens worden verzameld en opgeslagen voor de volgende doeleinden:
– Wij gebruiken jouw voornaam en e-mailadres om bevestigingsmails te sturen, aankoopbevestigingen, en e-mailmeldingen over je lessen en aankopen, en (als je je hebt geabonneerd op de nieuwsbrief) voor commerciële nieuwsbrieven. Wij doen dit alleen met de informatie die we van jou hebben verkregen bij het registreren voor een les of workshop of bij het aanmelden voor de nieuwsbrief, niet met gegevens die via onze contactformulieren zijn binnengekomen.
– Jouw voornaam, e-mailadres en telefoonnummer die je opgeeft, worden gebruikt om te reageren op een contactverzoek, om contact met je op te nemen in geval van wijzigingen in ons rooster die voor jou relevant zijn, en als je een Intro Unlimited kaart hebt, om contact met je op te nemen om te vragen naar je ervaring en je een aanbieding te doen. Wij slaan deze gegevens op in Bsport.
Jouw Gegevens bij Rasalila
Als je bent aangemeld voor onze nieuwsbrief en je wilt verwijderd worden van onze mailinglijst (om in de toekomst geen e-mails meer van ons te ontvangen), kun je je altijd uitschrijven door op de link onderaan de e-mail te klikken of door contact met ons op te nemen. Jouw e-mailadres wordt uit onze bestanden verwijderd en zal niet worden opgeslagen.
Jouw persoonsgegevens worden opgeslagen in ons e-mailsysteem en worden verwerkt via de servers van MailChimp, die zich in de Verenigde Staten bevinden. Rasalila en Bsport
Wanneer je je registreert voor lessen, workshops en cursussen, worden jouw persoonsgegevens opgeslagen op de servers van Bsport. Wij gebruiken de door jou verstrekte gegevens om aankopen en registraties voor lessen/workshops enz. snel en soepel te laten verlopen. Wij zullen jouw informatie niet verkopen of verstrekken aan derden. Jouw gegevens zullen alleen beschikbaar worden gesteld aan derden als zij betrokken zijn bij de verwerking van je bestelling.
Wanneer je een betaling doet op de Bsport-website van Rasalila, word je altijd via een beveiligde verbinding doorverwezen naar de website van een zogenaamde Payment Processor om de transactie te voltooien. Jouw betalingsinformatie (creditcardnummer of iDEAL-informatie) wordt niet gedeeld met onze servers en wordt niet opgeslagen door Rasalila.
De enige informatie die wij opslaan is:
– Voor- en achternaam: om de juiste persoon in onze leslijsten te hebben.
– Adres, postcode en stad: we gebruiken dit adres om te weten waar onze klanten vandaan komen.
– Telefoonnummer: als we je moeten informeren over je registratie of last-minute wijzigingsinformatie moeten verstrekken, kunnen we dit soms telefonisch doen. Dit is niet verplicht.
– Geboortedatum: we vragen om je geboortedatum zodat we de gemiddelde leeftijd van onze studenten kunnen weten en ons lesaanbod kunnen aanpassen. Soms bieden we ook een verjaardagscadeau aan.
– E-mailadres: je ontvangt een bevestigingsmail wanneer je iets koopt of wanneer je je aanmeldt voor een les.
– IBAN: je verstrekt je IBAN alleen aan ons via Bsport of het daarvoor bestemde registratieformulier op onze website wanneer je je aanmeldt voor een lidmaatschap dat via automatische incasso wordt betaald. Wij gebruiken je IBAN alleen om de bedragen voor je lidmaatschap af te schrijven.
Beveiliging van Persoonsgegevens
Rasalila heeft passende en redelijke maatregelen genomen om onze systemen te beveiligen zodat onbevoegden geen toegang hebben tot jouw persoonlijke informatie en om het verlies van persoonlijke informatie te voorkomen.

What Data Do We Collect?
When you register for our newsletter or attend a class, workshop, course or buy a ticket for a show, or make any other purchase at our studio or online shop, you are asked to provide some data. We only manage data that you have provided to us: first and last name, email address, birth date, phone number, zip code and address, and IBAN.
Purposes of Use for Personal Data
The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:
- We use your first name and email address to send confirmation emails, purchase confirmations, and email notifications about your lessons and purchases, and (if you have subscribed to the newsletter) for commercial newsletters. We only do this with the information we have obtained from you when registering for a lesson or workshop or when subscribing to the newsletter, not with data that has arrived via our contact forms.
- Your first name, email address, and phone number that you provide are used to respond to a contact request, to contact you in case of any changes to our schedule that are relevant to you, and if you have an Intro Unlimited card, to contact you to ask about your experience and offer you a deal. We store this data in Bsport.
Your Data at Rasalila
If you are registered for our newsletter and you wish to be removed from our mailing list (in order to stop receiving emails from us in the future), you can always unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us. Your email address will be deleted from our files and will not be saved.

Rasalila and Bsport
When you register for lessons, workshops, and courses, your personal data is stored on the servers of Bsport. We use the data provided by you to make purchases and registrations for lessons/workshops, etc. fast and smooth. We will not sell or provide your information to third parties. Your data will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in processing your order.
When you make a payment on the Bsport website of Rasalila, you will always be referred to the website of a so-called Payment Processor through a secure connection to make the transaction. Your payment information (credit card number or iDEAL information) will not be shared with our servers and is not stored by Rasalila. The only information we store is:
- First and last name: to have the correct person in our class lists
- Address, postcode, and city: we use this address to know where our customers are from

- IBAN: you only provide your IBAN to us through Bsport or the designated registration form on our website when you sign up for a membership that is paid through automatic debit. We only use your IBAN to debit the funds for your membership.
