About the owners
We’re Floortje and Willemijn Laan, the two entrepreneurial sisters behind rasalila! We founded our studio back in 2009 with the goal of creating a place where people can come together, relax, feel empowered and grow.
And grown it has! Today, rasalila is a one-of-a-kind studio where we’re always pushing the boundaries of conscious movement, living, and connection. From AcroYoga to PoleFlow, and Aerial Arts to Sensual Arts, we’re always bringing new and exciting classes to our students. And we’re also the proud home of the Amsterdam School of Burlesque! We’re always on the lookout for the latest trends and innovations in the world of movement and conscious living and we’re constantly updating our class offerings.

Karma yogi
We are regularly looking for Karma Yogi’s. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested, we’re happy to hear from you!
Do you have a passion for yoga, dance, aerial & sensual arts and would you like to learn about these disciplines from amazing teachers? Apply now! rasalila offers the chance to get free classes in exchange for work at the studio for 4 to 6 hours a week.
What will be expected of you?
- Hospitality, answering questions and providing information
- Register students and light computer work.
- Tidying up and cleaning the studio
In return, you can join classes for the period you work as Karma Yogi!
Karma yogi’s also receive a 20% discount on rasalila workshops and courses.
